Matthew has over 30 years experience of cultural transformation and solving real-world business and engineering problems by improving processes, e.g. by designing and implementing computer software and data systems. He completed a two-year religious mission or teaching experience, exploring faith and coaching people in lifestyle transformation. Matthew has spent decades studying organizational culture, strategy, and team development in practical settings; across dozens of organizations in many industries (particularly engineering design & manufacturing).
Matthew has T-shaped skills: with broad interest and basic skills in most subjects alongside deeper expertise in data, algorithm design, and security engineering.
