Matthew, our Principal Consultant, has 30 years of experience working with clients in the engineering, education, training, and social sectors. He has earned masters degrees in business and computer science.

Matthew builds capable, confident, happy, successful teams and enjoys working with others to solve problems in impactful and sustainable ways. On average, our customers work with us for about five years.
